Thank you!”（您是西北的光，感谢您！），寓意深远，情感真挚。对于他们而言，老师不仅是课堂上的知识传授者，更是生命旅途上的引路人、精神母亲。 在众多感人的分享中，有一位校友的成长故事令人动容。他回忆道，刚进入西北大学时几乎完全不会英语，而在四年学习中，在老师们的耐心帮助和引导下，他逐渐掌握了英语，并最终流利运用该语言在职场上游刃有余。他表示，西北大学不仅给予了他知识与技能，更赋予了他在全球舞台发声的能力。 校友们纷纷表示，希望今后能够以多种方式反哺母校的发展，包括建立专业合作项目、为在校学生提供职业指导、甚至参与学校事务，共同推动西北大学的国际化建设和可持续发展。 此次成都校友见面会，不仅重温了珍贵的师生情谊，也充分展现出西北大学育人有道、桃李满天下的教育成果，更为构建“全球西北人共同体”注入了温暖与力量。 In a heartwarming reunion, President Mr. Apicha Insuwan of Payap University visited alumni from the Finance and Banking Class of 2019 who are now working in Chengdu on June 26, 2025. These graduates completed their studies just before the COVID-19 outbreak and have since grown into accomplished professionals. His visit follows that of Dean Theeralak Satjawathee from the College of Interdisciplinary Studies, who met the same group of alumni in May 17, 2025. Both leaders have personally taught and mentored the cohort during their time at Payap. The visit reflects Payap University's strong commitment to alumni relations and its enduring care for students beyond graduation. During the gathering, President Apicha and Dean Theeralak expressed their deep pride in the alumni's professional and personal achievements. They acknowledged the challenges this cohort faced and praised their resilience, dedication, and continued connection to the university. Holding a custom banner embroidered with the touching phrase “一日为师，终身为母” — 'Once a teacher, forever a mother' — the alumni honored their former teachers not only as educators but as lifelong mentors and guiding figures. Alongside the message in English — 'You are the light of PYU. Thank you!' — this gesture captured their deep emotional bond and enduring gratitude. Among them, one student shared a particularly inspiring story. When he first arrived at Payap University, he spoke no English at all. Through four years of immersive learning and consistent support from his teachers, he graduated with fluent English skills and now confidently uses the language in his professional life. He credits Payap not only for his academic success but for giving him a voice in the global world. In return for the education and nurturing they received, many alumni voiced their desire to give back. Several expressed a strong commitment to contributing to the future development of Payap University, whether through professional partnerships, mentorship, or support for current students.
