2025年6月17日上午10点，泰国西北大学代表团访问中国驻清迈总领事馆，进一步加强中泰两国高校之间的学术与文化交流合作。代表团由跨学科研究学院院长提拉拉·萨差瓦提助理教授博士率领，成员包括助理院长皮库·蓬克朗助理教授和学院秘书赵玉冰女士。代表团受到了中国驻清迈副总领事杨炯女士和领事陈俊霖先生的热情接待。会谈在友好、坦诚的氛围中进行，充分体现了双方长期以来建立的深厚友谊与良好合作关系。多年来，西北大学秉承卓越教育理念，致力于培养具备国际视野和综合素质的高质量人才。其完善的教学体系、多元化的人才培养模式以及众多杰出校友的成功案例，广受社会各界的认可与好评。此次访问期间，副总领事杨炯女士高度评价西北大学在人才培养和国际教育方面的成就，并重申总领馆将一如既往地支持该校及其在泰中国学生的发展。此外，西北大学也就中国留学生学历认证等相关信息进行咨询，以进一步完善对中国学生的服务与支持体系。对此，杨副总领事给予积极回应，并指出，相关认证工作一般由中国留学服务中心（CSCSE）依据既定的规范与程序独立开展，各方均应予以尊重与理解。此次会晤在相互理解与真诚交流中圆满结束，双方一致表示，将持续深化沟通与合作，共同推动中泰高等教育的务实发展。 A delegation from Payap University visited the Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China in Chiang Mai to further strengthen academic and cultural ties between institutions in China and Thailand at 10:00 a.m. on 17th June, 2025. The delegation was led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Theeralak Satjawathee, Dean of the Interdisciplinary Studies College, and included Asst. Prof. Pikul Pongklang and Ms. Zhao Yubing. The group was warmly received by Deputy Consul General Ms. Yang Jiong and Consul Mr. Chen Junlin. The meeting took place in a cordial and sincere atmosphere, reflecting the longstanding friendship and strong collaborative relationship between the two institutions. For decades, Payap University has upheld a strong tradition of academic excellence, fostering globally minded and well-rounded graduates. Its comprehensive teaching system, diverse talent development models, and numerous alumni success stories have earned wide recognition and acclaim. During the visit, Deputy Consul General Yang praised Payap University’s achievements in higher education and talent cultivation, and reaffirmed the Consulate’s continued support for the university and its Chinese students in Thailand. Additionally, Payap University inquired about relevant information regarding academic certification to better support its Chinese student community. In response, Deputy Consul General Yang offered constructive guidance and gently noted that the certification process is independently handled by the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE), in accordance with its established regulations and procedures, which are to be respectfully observed by all parties. The meeting concluded with mutual understanding and sincere dialogue.
